AccuNote: Implementation of a Cloud-Native AI-Integrated Accounting Information System Across Multi-Sector Indonesian Enterprises
This study documents the implementation of AccuNote V3 Enterprise a cloud-native SaaS AIS integrated with Artificial Intelligence across three cross-sector partner entities: PT. Maika Herbal Indonesia (manufacturing), PT. Bumi Sahaja Lestari (zero-waste retail trading), and BUMDes Agung Karya (rural cooperative). Using an Applied Participatory Action Research (PAR) for Digital Transformation methodology, the system was deployed and evaluated through User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across 42 test cases, achieving a 100% functional acceptance rate. Key outcomes include elimination of manual input errors, generation of the first formal income statement for BUMDes Agung Karya, and AI-detected expenditure anomalies previously invisible in manual records.

METHODOLOGY
RESEARCH APPROACH
APPLIED PAR
All systems research uses Applied Participatory Action Research developed with real partners in real environments, not artificial lab settings.
FIELD VALIDATION
Validation occurs directly in active operational entities not simulations. Every finding has verified UAT documentation from three distinct business contexts.
CROSS-SECTOR
Studies deliberately span three sectors (manufacturing, trading, cooperative) to test the generalizability of findings across diverse real-world deployment conditions.
